The ROOM plant was constructed in 1993 and was acquired by the Company in 2006. It is located in the city of Nizhniy Novgorod. The plant is currently the leading distilled spirits producer in the Nizhniy Novgorod region in terms of sales and production volume.
The Nizhniy Novgorod region has a population of 3.5 million people with an average annual distilled spirits consumption level of 4,476 thousand decalitres. The ROOM plant produces various types of vodka, as well as a number of low-alcoholic beverages with different flavours. The ROOM plant uses ethanol for the production of vodka from the Chugunovsky ethanol-producing plant, which is also located in the Nizhniy Novgorod region and owned by the Company. The ROOM plant benefits from its favourable position as the only distillery in the region controlling the entire vodka production cycle.
The ROOM plant is located on land plots with an aggregate area of 14,000 square metres. The plant owns production and auxiliary premises with an aggregate area of 7,595.4 square metres, includingthree storage facilities with an aggregate area of 1,857 square metres and a modern ethanol warehouse with a storage capacity of 15 thousand decalitres. The ROOM plant uses mainly Italian equipment.
